Tim Barton’s Pro 632 Camaro
A longstanding tradition of having an HFR Built machine has gone to the next level for Tim Barton. Barton who is most well-known for his leaf spring Nova that over the years has transformed to a top-level machine at the hands of the HFR Fabrication crew.

With changes in the racing landscape Tim felt it was time to step up with a brand-new Camaro build to jump headfirst into the ultra-competitive Pro 632 ranks.

The HFR crew started with a Five Star Composites Pro Mod/Pro Stock Carbon Fiber body to create this current masterpiece. From the start the idea was to build this ultra lightweight chassis and combine it with all of the parts that have become best sellers across the performance parts market that HFR offers every day.

No detail was left untouched from start to finish and from engine placement to fit and finish of every panel was meticulously planned to allow the results show through. There is no shortage of titanium or carbon fiber which is easily spotted at first glance. Just stand back and stare in awe as we did each day as the build came to a close.

With all chassis work being completed it was time to head off to body and paint. The guys over at Euro Pros Collision Center in Gaithersburg, MD took the body to a new level of perfection and laid a beautiful finish on that should be sitting a car show lineup, not going down a dragstrip.

Once the base colors were completed, Chuck Buckler came in for the airbrush details. The lights, grille, badges and so on are all PAINT!!!! At first and maybe even second glance you’ll never know with the amount of detail in each area.

After countless hours of fabrication and paint the Camaro is now off to be wired and plumbed in preparation for its maiden voyage. We are eager to see what is to come for Tim and his crew as they roll this masterpiece onto a track near you…..
